Hola,
Necesito ayuda con la siguiente traducción:

A differentiated curriculum is in place, responsive to the needs, interests, and abilities of gifted students.

I'd change responda to responde: you're stating a fact, so you want indicative rather than subjunctive.

"diferenciado" o "diferente"

Differentiated instruction is a term that is commonly used is education here in California and it involves providing students with different avenues to acquiring content; to process, construct, or making sense of ideas, and to develop teaching materials so that all students within a classroom can learn effectively, regardless of differences in their ability.

Personally, I would rather use "diferente" instead the term "diferenciado", it's easier to understand by our target audience. However, the Department of Education uses "diferenciado", so I have to stick with the way they translate the word. I always include a short explanation in parenthesis so parents will understand.

Thank you for your help!

Yes, it marks the differences to get something to stand out.

Gotcha! How do I structure the sentence using the word discriminating appropriately?
