¡es todo! ¡he tenido suficiente! cada vez que reviso mis horas para la semana siguiente, lo empeoran. lo odio este lugar. sol lo odio.

There are a few problems, but essentially it means:
That's it! I've had enough! Each time I check my hours for the following week, they get worse. I hate this place. I just hate it.
lo empeoran (no direct object is allowed, therefore no direct object pronoun should precede the verb)
(lo) odio este lugar (the direct object pronoun is adding emphasis to the direct object 'lugar' - it could be omitted)
solo lo odio

Puede que este diciendo "que la empeoran" = "la riegan" aka "laka" ;)
