Patient Representative............ in Spanish?

Representante del Paciente -

actually, the representative is representing the employer or hospital not the patient....

This would be the worker that talks to patients about their hospital bills or that would assist them in completing applications for assistance programs offered through the hospital.

Am I just being too anal?

Hm... can I say this in the forums?

Thanks!

Around here, they are called "personal administrativo (del hospital)" and/or "(encargados de) atención al público". Each one has a title according to the specific organogram of the institution.

yesterday watching the TV, a man who was working at admission on an Hospital said he was working on "atención al paciente", both receiving calls for admission, answering questions and helping with the papers.
