Hello again, I need help translating the word "stud" from the phrase "gold stud earrings", since I can't find the exact translation.

A stud is a small, round earring. You can see the full description in wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Earring#Modern_standard_pierced_earrings).

Thanks!

In Mexico: "aretes de poste" / "aretes de alfiler"
Those are the ones that go through your ear.

"Aretes de clip" are those that are worn when one doesn't have a piercing.

So, to throw the word gold into the phrase: aretes de poste de oro (amarillo)

What are aretes a presión?

I think it's the same. In this site they translate "stud earrings" to "aretes a presión": http://cheapwholesalejewelry.com/shop/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=61_63_19&language=en

How about "zarcillo" or "dormilona"?

@hvalle: I don't know "zarcillos", but I've heard "dormilonas" as small earrings for babies, normally rounded with a smooth surface and a spherical screw back, so they won't hurt them.

@Rusty: Nunca había oído "aretes a presión", pero creo que tiene sentido para "aretes de poste".
