How can we translate "estoy con ganas de + noun/verb?

I'm in the mood for school to end. (noun clause)
I'm eager for spring.
I'm looking forward to spring.
I'm looking forward to a dip in the pool.

@Bob: Sí, es correcto. El infinitivo, en ese caso, funciona como un sustantivo.
Estoy tan enojada, que tengo ganas de gritar.

A common English translation of tener ganas de is to feel like.
Tener ganas de bailar To feel like dancing.
