Me gusta los juegos de video acerca de al fútbol americano. (I had to reword it to make it correct, hope you understand. It now reads "I like video games about American football" You need the "al" there to talk about a sport. ie: Me gustaría jugar al béisbol -- I would like to play baseball) Madden. Pero no me gusta mirar.

There are some errors there:
Me gustan los juegos de video acerca del fútbol americano. Pero no me gusta mirar
Maybe is correct, but it's not natural at all, "acerca" seems wrong or at least strange there. In a more natural way:
Me gustan los videojuegos de fútbol americano, pero no me gusta mirar.

Equally, the last sentence "Pero no me gusta mirar" isn't logical. Are you trying to say that you like to play those videogames but that you don't like to watch how others play? If so it will be:
Me gusta jugar a los videojuegos de fútbol americano, pero no me gusta mirar.

I tried so say that I like the American Football video game, Madden, but I don't like watching the sport. :)
