I'm having a hard time figuring out the difference between sauldes/saludos. I know they translating to 'greetings' but I dont know how to use them correctly!

As far as I've heard, only saludos is a well-recognized greeting. There are a few hits on the internet, though, where people have said, "Buen saludes a todos," so I guess it's used in some place(s). I've never heard it used.
Wait for native speakers to opine.

I guess those are misspellings, I have never heard of that way to greet.
Now, "saludes" is to be used in 2nd person "tú"
Maybe some people have heard "Espero que saludes a todos..." = I hope you greet everyone...
saludos = greetings
salud = health (cheers) depends on context.

I agree.
"Saludos" is the right word for "greetings".
"Saludes" is the subjunctive for the second person singular, never to be used as a noun.
