Hola todos, mi duda es sobre la frase de abajo, me podria ayudar a traducirla en ingles.

Las concesiones mineras y de beneficio son irrevocables en tanto el titular abone el canon territorial establecido en el articulo 35 y, en su caso, la penalidad a que refiere el articulo 36 de la presente ley.

incluso dudo que la frase no esta correctamente redactada, porque me cuesta tener claro la estructura gramatica. pero si la he copiado desde LEY GENERAL MINERA DE HONDURAS. Quizas algunos verbos se han omitido. No estoy muy seguro.

No es la mejor redacción posible, pero los términos legales nunca lo son.

It says that the permissions related to the mining field can't be revoked if the proprietor is paying what is imposed by the law, or if he/she has paid the sanctions, I suppose some kind of fine.
Article 36 must be more explicit about the cases where sanctions can be applied, without the need of revoking the permission.

Aquí abundo un poco más sobre lo que Angélica te sugiere. Por ejemplo,
2da version:
"The mining and benefit allowances shall be deemed irrevocable provided that the bearer guarantees full compliance with the territory rules and regulations as established in clause 35, in this case, the penalty stated in clause 36 of the aforementioned law."

I still have my doubts, for example:
bearer, can also be the owner or the licensee, depending on context.
concesiones, may be allowances, grants and trade-offs ...

Wish you luck with the legal jargon. Fortunately it is not Latin legalese, which gets trickier. :thinking:
