I hope so :) That was my plan for learning proper pronunciation (music). I don't come into contact with any native Spanish speakers in my daily life, so it's the only method I have.

On a side note, I tried to start writing this post in Spanish and realized that I can no longer use the alt codes for inputting proper diacritic marks since I switched my locale to Arabic (أنا تعلم اللغة العربية). I'll have to find a different method.

Well, I think Ana Torroja has always very good Spanish (Spain) diction.
This song, while with less "collocations" than the one by J. Sabina, it has enough repetitive phrases so as to be able to memorize... (Not sure if that is your style, but from the viewpoint of "words" and "Spanish" it may be useful. (This was a total hit during the 80s in Spain)

At this point I'm barely past learning the script (I still am very slow at reading it and I'm sure my pronunciation is terrible :thinking:), but yes I'm studying Arabic. I intend to learn all six official languages of the united nations at some point (Arabic, Chinese [I assume Mandarin], Spanish, French, Russian, and of course English). Possibly Latin and Esperanto too. We'll see. I have a long road ahead, in any case.

I did one year of Arabic, but that was 27 years ago... and only one year... very, very little remain...

At any rate, Spanish must have about 2,000 to 3,000 basic words coming directly from Arabic, so it is a good language to learn...
