In Spanish (in Spain, at least) this is "narcosalas" or "salas de consumo supervisado".

Here is an example of one of the many articles (in Spanish) about the subject.

Is there any other Spanish term used for "shooting galleries" in other parts of the Hispanic world?

I see that "narcosalas" gives me 2,770 Google hits, while "salas de consumo supervisado" gives me 605 hits.

On the second one, though, I get Wikipedia entry, which does not refer back to "shooting galleries" (as you can see below)

Is "shooting gallery" a more 'slangy' way to refer to these "Drug consumption rooms"?

Wikipedia:

A "shooting gallery" is a fairground attraction where you shoot corks at targets to win prizes (soft toys, etc).

"Shoot up" is slang for injecting drugs, usually heroin. So "shooting gallery" is a plausible slang term as a play on words, but needs to be signalled as such by the context.

Thank you, Pjt33!
Good to know it.
(Yes, in the context where I am translating from there is no question that it refers to these "narcosalas"...)
