You are health conscious, Jessica. I too am forced to eat healthy because I don't have time to cook. My Mom does it. So I have no choice but to eat vegetables and fish. Anyway, my New Years Resolution is to set aside 60 dollars a month for tutorial by way of having my tutor edit my Chinese, Spanish, French, and Russian translations. Instead of spending them on 2 cups of coffee worth 4 dollars a day, I am going to set it asside or save it for language improvement. Just glad I still have this job I'm busy with or else I will have no money to pay my tutor. (20 dollars per 2 page document translation.)

sausage is Yum but Yuck for my Mom, hence, I cannot eat it.

ohhh that sucks. She says meat are unhealthy?? I don't think they are as long as you don't eat so much.
