So, since I realised motivation is important for a student, I asked what's important for a teacher. I'm even copying the propositional regime from Twalker phrase (to be important for somebody).

Anyway, my doubt is why I failed in communication, as I cannot see any grammar mistake nor an ambiguous meaning.

In that case, your question is correct.
And I would say motivation is equally important for a teacher, and also a deep love for the job. In my opinion, being happy about what you do is one sure way to do it better...

I was reading this post about the types of schooling. I believe that it is important to learn fancy language. There are many types of language. I've fancied learning English. (The verb fancy is rarely used in the USA. This is British usage.) I like the English, is a language that in some occasions has very pretty the words. Corrections above. I had a lot of trouble trying to understand parts of what you said. My corrections may not be what you were trying to say.

Another way to say that first sentence is:
Yeah, your corrections in some sentences don't exactly express the same ideas I intended (meant to say).

If you have questions about the corrections I made earlier, especially where I've had to guess, please clarify what you were trying to say and a correct translation can be given.

Very well said.
Some years ago, I was opportuned to teach some college students, I loved it and though I no longer work as a teacher, I´m totally in love with my present job... and i´m good at it (even if I say so myself:D). I can´t imagine retiring:sad:... in a few years:)

I understand what you mean.I do love teaching, in fact I seriously miss my students during the summer holidays. Most of my friends think I'm crazy when they see how much enthusiasm and energy I put into my job, but then I'm lucky because I do what I really like. For me it's more a hobby than a job...:)
I often think it must be terrible to have to spend lots of hours every day doing something you don't actually enjoy.

Those diphtongs start with a semi-vowel. The idea of auctioning sentences comes from Mario Rinvolucri, Grammar Games, 1984. I love it, too

you can have them play a game that will help them practice English....
