Por lo pronto, yo simplemente diria...-linpiador de manos. Frases mas sercana como, "nanos sanitarias" serian muy sercano a las pequenas toallas femeninas, llamadas "Toallas Sanitarias" por tanto valdra la pena inverstigar mas.
