so & sow |
No, the Danish, so, doesn't have the last -ʊ sound, which the English equivelant, sow, has.
|
Actually, there are two pronunciations of the word sow in English. The female pig is pronounced /saʊ/ (this rhymes with cow). The verb sow, which means to plant seeds, is pronounced /soʊ/.
The Danish word is pronounced the same as the Spanish preposition so. |
The words wrote before in the last post so and sow has the same meaning both?
Or sow is danish and so is in English.? |

The are both English words too :)
so - así que sow - puerca, sembrar (con pronunciación distinta como mencionó Rusty.) |
