Oh, "enjoyable" is used a lot! Just not necessarily the way you used it.

I would say the following:
- I hope that your vacation is enjoyable.
- My participation in the forums at Tomisimo is enjoyable.
- The concert last night was enjoyable.
- Having dinner with my friend Sue is always enjoyable.
