Chinese doesn't even have an alphabet, so the obvious answer to your question is no.

The sound that the letter makes exists in most languages.

Only Spanish and Filipino use this letter in their alphabets currently (languages that borrow Spanish words may keep the ñ or they may spell it in a way that makes more sense to the native speakers of those languages), and the letter represents the same phoneme (sound) in each.

Ok, thank you for the explaination.

Explanation is a noun. Explain is a verb.

También, tengo otra pregunta... cuando quiero decir, "I have already mentioned it to you,"

puedes decir... Ya te he mencionado. "Ya he mencionado" means I have already mentioned" so.............. where would the "te" go?

Thank you for the explanation.

It was a mistakes that I've had before.

Now refer to your question really, I don't understand you, already that you've mentioned the word go, and well in that sense I don't find relation to my last question.

Could you please be kind enough to explain to me what you want to know?

Ella quiere saber cómo se dice la frase "I have already mentioned it to you." Ya escribió parte de la traducción, pero no supo dónde colocar el pronombre de complemento indirecto. :)
