Cuello
 
Garganta = Throat
Cuello = neck ( anterior part of the neck)
Nuca= nape (back of the neck)

Oh, yes, but this is rather used for animals or in very colloquial speech for a human "cuello". :D

Yes, that's true. I hear it a lot with somewhat comical purposes. Patas is sometimes used instead of pies, and hocico for mouth. I thought these words are more commonly used in Caribbean Spanish, but as JPablo indicates, it's used in Argentina too.
