As far as needing a comma before "y," are the rules not the same in Spanish as they are in English. In English, if they could be two sentences, you need a comma, right?

I think your way and the Irmamar's phrase are correct in Spanish, then I think what is correct the way to Era or Fue they are acceptable anyway. |
