The word should be less rude and impolite if you say La regue as Angelica said before in her post, although I think if you are speaking with a man and you know it, between man to man you can speak freely and says La cage.

Of course if that don't offending you or if you consider rudeness the word, therefore, I believe that is funny the phrase you have said before La cagaste burt, never I have heard that expression between the Mexican people but that sound very funny at least for me that sound funny and suck me.

Now if you don't want to be impolite for your principles and if you don't want to say bad words, then you can incline you for the La regaste phrase.
