You aren't chenise you are from USA
CrOtALiTo I AM Chinese, even though I was born in Canada and live in the US. My parents were born in China, so that's why. My little brother was born in the US and my older brother in Canada just like me.
Then you aren't Chinese even though, I told you this because you was born in Canada, then for the logical you can't to be Chinese when you was in Canada, then you are Canadian.
I'm not Canadian. I'm American Chinese.
My parents are Chinese and they immigrated to Canada. We didn't stay in Canada for very long so we moved to the US. But I AM Chinese. |
Jessica, perhaps you could explain the difference between citizenship and ethnicity. ;)
ok then. I'm a citizen of the US (was made one recently) but im still Chinese because my parents are Chinese and were born in China.
You may also be a Chinese citizen as well, depending on the laws of China. According to US law a child born to a US citizen in another country still obtains US citizenship at birth (with a few exceptions).
yea maybe we're citizens of China also. my mom's family and my dad's live in China
Then if you parent are living in China, Who do yo live in U.S.A, you are living only with your brother.
my parents aren't living in China. We all live in the US. Only my aunts and uncles and cousins live in China.
I got it.
ok that's good :) :)
