Snob is a good definition, but make sure you use it as a noun. As an adjective, the word is snobby.
She's a snob.

"Preppy" is an apt slang term. When used as a noun, I've heard it both as "She's a prep" and "She's a preppy", but as an adjective it's always "preppy".

my favorite is the harvest moon. so pretty. i wish it was always that big.
