Claro, y lo que importa para un Haiku son las silabas fonéticas y no las escritas. (en japones casi siempre se corresponden, por eso es más facil en ese sentido)

Yo no lo sabía eso, me lo dijo un amigo que entiende mucho del tema. No es nada facil ni para nativos darse cuenta de las silabas habladas sino tenes practica.

PD: todos los haikus que se me ocurren tienen diferentes silabas escritas que habladas..

@ookami: Estoy de acuerdo en que los recursos retóricos (y más en la poesía) son prácticamente infinitos, pero considerando que muchos de los usuarios del foro son estudiantes de español, había que hacer la aclaración sobre las sílabas, para evitar confusiones. :)
