Xi xie nie Gracias Will come around often, hanging around this kind of web cheers me up quite a bit. Estar sin empleo es un autentico headache, sobre todo si te gusta enseñar. Salu2 PH |

Hello my partner Plannet Hooper, I have heard that you haven't got work actually, Why do you come to Mexico.? Here there are a lot work in my state most work inside of the companies that are working to Pemex, anyway I bid you welcome.

I believe Planet hopper wants a job as a teacher.

Hi Croalito,
I could teach in Mexico. Right now I am waiting for confirmation from Wuhan in China, where I will move next week if everything goes as planned (who knows). Crisis hitting badly here, so this winter way fewer jobs. This spring I may fly over to the middle east, they pay way better. However, it would be hard, if not impossible, for me to work under 1500 bucks a month, financial obligations, the rate USD/Euro, etc. I'd feel more comfortable in Mexico than in China, 4 sure, although I know China well and it's fine, too. The point is working, teachers we love our job, I have occassionaly been a translator, a journalist...I can handle int'l biz documents...But throw some teaching in it or I can't be comfortable. On top of it, I have relatives in MX df, they have had an Spanish ham factory there since the 60s. Heard state teachers in mx are on strike? Salu2 |
welcome :) :)

Bienvenido :D
|
I never gave you a proper welcome, so: Welcome Planet Hopper! Is that Planet hopper as in hopping around this planet or hopping from planet to planet? :D
The teachers on strike in Mexico is only in Chiapas, if I recall correctly. |
Yes, we have problems with the teacher in Mexico, they don't want work any more, because the salaries in my country for a teacher is very below than other countries for example in U.S.A a teacher win more money or dine instead in my country the government does not up the salaries for the teacher, then it's motive for that the employs of sundry kinds to schools does not work, meanwhile the pupils continue with class in Chiapas, for that motive a lot people is immigrant in your country for the kind of government that we have here in Mexico, and it's exactly a pity.

I'm Chinese. If you want to know how to say something in Chinese, you can ask me, but believe me, I'm not an expert. I'm pretty good, but my parents are much better. ^^ I corrected the Chinese. :) |
Grasia sosia :)

To Mr. T,
Thanks for the warm welcome, yes, hopping around, have lived, worked and driven in 3 continents. Really glad to have met you guys, you sound very far from controversial issues :) About teachers in mx, I am just listening for any job offer from anywhere in the world, including Mx. My experience with america happened in Canada, so I don't know anything south of the great lakes. To jchen: The -e is added to the first xi and to the ni as a sign of respect to the person receiving the greeting. Foreigners in china tend not to use tones when writing pinyin. I lived in china for six years, I can order food, take a taxi, greet people, in mandarin. Nothing difficult though, just a pre-intermediate level. My mandarin is putonghua, maybe yours is different, dunno. I think Chinese is a beautiful language. |

Your thanks should go to jchen who corrected your Chinese. |

Always ready to learn some more chinese, I am focusing in writing now...crafty Thanks to anyone I may not have mentioned :) |
