Hello from Canada
Well, please bear with me while I attempt to write this in Spanish, I think the only way to really learn is just throw one self into the fire and endure the burns! That being said ..
¡Saludos! Me llamo Steve y yo tengo 26 años. Yo vivo en Canada, en Petawawa (la base de ejército de tierra), yo ha sido soldado por cuatro años. Yo estudio la lengua española por universidad por crédito y interés personal. Estoy intermedio por mi curso de principiante. Me gusta español muy mucho y yo deseo más estudiar la cultura también. Yo espero que no mal, obviomente, estoy estudiar todavía. Forgive my horrible Spanish, but I am here to make improvements and augment my Spanish course as much as possible. If there is one thing I learned in the forces it's to develop a thick skin, so please feel free to correct every last detail! Happy to be here, looks like a very supportive and informative forum! Cheers! |

For example, you are saying What does weather make? I feel that this answer is incorrect But anyhow I have other example. This is correct What is your hour? Or you tell me How must I say the question to one way correct.?:) |

How must I say the Que horas tienes? In English please. |
How is the weather this questions is the way correct to say Que hora es?
I'm sorry for my understanding but I want to understand better the way to say it. |

Here's a generic question - with regard to the "order of words" - being Canadian and exposed to French, having some phrases appear "backwards" (to my standard English train of thought) is not totally alien to me, however is there any rule to follow when instead of saying "its a green car" in Spanish I would write the equivalent of "its a car green"? |
Adjectives usually follow the noun, as they do in French. There are some adjectives that precede the noun, and some can go in either spot. There are some changes in meanings depending on where the adjective is placed. And there are some differences in spelling for a few adjectives when they precede the noun.
That's more than you needed to hear/know for now. The simple answer to your question is: Es un coche verde. = It's a green car. Es un carro verde. = It's a green car. (There are two ways to say car in Spanish. Usage depends on the country.) |

¿Qué hora es ? = What time is it? ¿qué tiempo hace? = how is the weather? |
¡Bienvenido Steve!
Why Vega? I think I smell "Street Fighter" here :D :D |

One friend of mine told me that her teacher had said that "What time is it?" wasn't used anymore, but "What time?". I was very surprised, is it correct? I see that you wrote "what time is it". I think "what time" sounds a bit impolite  |
