in 10 days actually.

and I haven't practiced a single word of Spanish >_> I probably forgot everything...dang it. and I'm going into Honors Spanish 3. I might not do so well this year.

No lo creo :) Debes saber de todas cosas españolas, porque te veía aparecer en este foro todo el verano.

Ojalá yo pueda volver en la escuela de nuevo... Los amigotes, los profesores, los clubes y la alegría de conocer cosas nuevas...

When you learnt something, you don't tend forget everything.

You should to practice yourself with a notebook or perhaps you could to practice with us Spanish, then when you join to the school, then you could to have less practice yet.

If you have doubts about the learnt time before, still you have time for practice the you don't know it.

Gracias Pablo por tus correcciones. Tengo muchos problemas con todas las terminaciones de los verbos en todos sus tiempos. Tambien no estoy seguro cuando que necesita accentos sobre las palabras monsilábicas. ¡Además no puedo conjugar un verbo tan básico, como SER!:eek::eek::eek:

De nada, Brute. Creo que Rusty había indicado por ahí un buen "conjugador". Si lo vas mirando y practicas al final no te será tan problemático. (Mi madre decía que los cien primeros años son los peores :rolleyes:)
As far as monosyllabic accents... there is a limited number of these... my Esencial dictionary has a table with these points... and in the "PANHISPÁNICO DE DUDAS" you have a table with these.

Bueno, yo cuando no sabía nada de inglés, y trabajaba de barman en la Costa Brava dos meses de verano... aprendía el inglés que podía... dado que en la Costa Brava se puede practicar inglés, alemán, francés, flamenco, holandés, italiano, sueco, noruego, finés, danés, polaco... hay muchas lenguas en contacto... (no pun intended... inocente de mí.) :wicked:

No entiendo muy bien lo que quieres decir... pero en España, en verano, los estudiantes (como yo hace años) trabajábamos en los restaurantes de la costa, o nos íbamos de vacaciones... y aunque no supieras ninguna lengua, como había tantas extranjeras de todas la nacionalidades, intentabas aprender algo... por ejemplo, aunque yo solo sabía decir "yes, no, follow me" y algo más..., algo que aprendí, cuando intentaba hablar en español, yendo un poco rápido... era "slowly"... a veces no hacía falta mucho más para comunicar aunque fuera más físicamente... ejem... bueno, hay niños y personas mayores mirando... así que no te voy a explicar con más detalle lo que "lenguas en contacto" puede llegar a significar... desde un punto de vista estrictamente "lingüístico"... :rolleyes: ;) :D

Yes I understood all that you told me before, I know that you learnt the language with your old job, I know something about those kind to works for example, in the border there're a lot of works where you can upgrade your vocabulary more if you already have some of knowledge in the language, instead of if you don't know anything about English, you can get some many words with the people resident or foreign from United States, although it's not my case I haven't the opportunity to work in some place where I can upgrade my skills, really I'm searching some work where I can learn or improve more my language. :)

oh no 3 more days x_x Not only do I have to prepare for Spanish, but also Chemistry and Pre-calculus X_x
