Soy cascarón de huevo
Idiom used when somebody is inexpierinenced or inexpert on a topic because he is very young. In English?
|
recién salido del cascarón = wet behind the ears (to be inexperienced, naive)
From the way you explained it, ser cascarón de huevo would mean the same thing as recién salido del cascarón (wet behind the ears), ¿no? |
That´s the way it was used this morning !

Related, but not an answer to your question.
"Newbie" and "Rookie" are common terms used to describe someone without experience and new to something. |
I agree with Rusty. Recién salido del cascarón = Wet behind the ears.
Now, to me "ser cascarón de huevo" is to be "fragile/weak" |
