Your sentence doesn't work, Crotalito. 'Admit' is the wrong verb, and the correct word is 'no' (not 'not'). You should not use 'one' in front the word 'no'. You may use the indefinite article 'a'.

The common expression is in post #3.

"I won't accept no for an answer," is also used, but it's not nearly as common.
