My city's university with other two Catalonian universities have developed a new project for English learning. Register is compulsory, but it's free (I haven't registered yet, thoug, but I'll do later). You can even record your own speech.

No es sólo para estudiantes, cualquiera se puede apuntar; es una plataforma abierta a cualquiera. :)

Registration is required: "compulsory" implies that you have to register even if you don't want to be involved.

Now that I know that the program is open to the general public required
is definitely the better work. If all students were required to enroll, then
compulsory would be a good choice.

No, no, no, this is not my website, this is a project of three Catalonian universities, one of them is in my city. And, yes, Rusty is right; the language is Catalonian, not Italian. ;)
