Jackson criticised the Adams administration or the Adams' administration?

I think there is a typo in my book (genitive is not used). :thinking:

The Adams administration is correct.
or Adams' administration (if you leave out the the)

@Irma: "Adams administration" se usa como una suerte de etiqueta, como si "Adams" fuera el nombre (propio) de la administración. :)
