Overlap

Sentences of some category may overlap in/on :?: another category.

Thanks. :)

Sentences from (one category/some categories) may overlap with (another category/other categories).

That tarp overlaps onto the second pile.

Thanks. :)

Edit: ¿Cómo dar la idea de "alguna" categoría"? ¿La da "one"?

Creo que esto es lo que buscas:

"Sentences from any category may overlap with another (category)." :)

Sí :banghead: . El 'any' y el 'some' se me suelen cruzar de vez en cuando (como tantas otras cosas :banghead: :banghead:).

Gracias. :)

The problem is compounded as:

a category/one category/some category are confusing.

any/other/another are not that confusing.

In Spanish "alguno" is an "indefinido existencial", while "cualquiera" is "de indiferencia". There's a small difference among them (although they could be interchangeable). I think "some" gives the idea that is in "alguno"; "any" gives me the idea of indifference.
