Are these sentences natural?

Hi,

Are the following sentences natural to a native ear?

1. Can you please make a 45-minute appointment for me for tomorrow? (I said this to a receptionist).

2. Are you a take-out or a sit-down place?

3. It is one thing to say things in a feat of anger and it is another to actually do them.

Thanks,

Welcome to the forums!!

In the last sentence, I'd start with a contraction (it's). "Feat of anger" is not in common use. I'd say 'fit of anger'. If you want to add more contrast between the 'saying' and 'doing', add a comma and substitute 'quite' for the second 'it is'.

3. It's one thing to say things in a fit of anger, and quite another to actually do them.

Sí, estoy de acuerdo con Rusty. 1 y 2 son justos. 3 es casi correcto, salvo "feat", lo que se refiere a un logro/éxito:

e.g. This morning I figured out that problem that the entire team have been working on for weeks! Really? That's quite a feat!

Encantado de conocerte :)
