En el contexto donde me aparece en inglés, tiene un aire algo sarcástico, como "te voy a enseñar" "eso te enseñará"... parecido a la expresión (incorrecta en inglés) "that will learn you"* (en vez de "that will teach you"), pero las opciones me sirven.
