Did Jack and Steve have a big wedding? No, they gave a small party.

Jack y Steve tuvieron una boda grande? No, ellos dieron una

fiesta pequena.

Mr. Smith remembers when Elvis was on the Ed Sullivan Show. Mr. S. was a child then.

El Sr. Smith recuerda cuando Elvis estuvo en el Programa de Ed Sullivan. El Sr. S. era un niño en aquel entonces.

You (usted) think that Mr. S is lying? Think again: he is telling the truth.

Usted piensa que el Sr. S está mintiendo? Piensa otra vez: él está diciendo la verdad.

My sister was having a difficult pregnancy. Then she had the baby. After that, she was much better.

4) ...piense (otra vez) -subjunctive, as there is no imperative form for "usted"-
5) had her baby = tuvo a su bebe OK / try again with the other verbs
6) One verb vanished

Many problems with spelling -not only stress marks and ñ-, some problems with grammar and vocabulary choices... can't say wow but it's not bad.
