has anybody here watched amores perros? I cant understand the movie. :rolleyes:

It is not the same as in Italian. In Spanish it is "Me llamo..."

Amores Perros shows three different parallel stories and one has to try to isolate each one of them to see what they are about and how they are related to each other.

'Mi chiamo' is Italian for 'me llamo', the Spanish form.

IIRC they both come from Latin Me clamo. In English we've borrowed words from French and Latin from the root clamo, clamare such as "proclamation".
