Who's Coil is strong

Hi friends.

I found this on a song , I am not sure if it is a modism or a single word with a special meaning.
As I am an electrician , I undestand "coil" as a spool of wire wraps , or things that come in a roll.

But I couldn't find nothing in my dictionary for this :

Curse you all men.
Who's coil is strong.
I recognise the sparrows heart,
beneath the theatre of misery.

I can understand everything but the coil thing.

Maybe it is useful if I tell you Emperor uses "old-fashioned" English on their lyrics.

Thank you very much.

whose coil is strong

Maybe this:

Quote:

coil
n
the troubles and activities of the world (in the Shakespearean phrase this mortal coil)
[of unknown origin]
