How to use "Personal Tools" in the Grammar section

I don't know how to use "Personal Tools". Example: What do I write on 'My Talk' topic under "Personal Tools"? Do I write in Spanish or English? Can I choose any topic to write about or must the topic be related to grammar?:confused::thinking:Thanks for clarification.
