I was thinking of "Aprendiere muchos palabras, gramática y verbos", but I'm sure it's incorrect, my Spanish is still very poor, that's why I joined this forum :)

still = todavía
have to + infinitive = tener que + infinitivo

Todavía tengo que aprender muchas palabras, (la) gramática y (cómo conjugar) (los) verbos.
