Where do you come in your family? The eldest? etc.

(Elder, eldest are comparative and superlative of old, used for people only, but some use older/oldest)

Par decir en el medio como e dice

My brother Fred is the eldest
My brother John is the youngest
I am (the one) in the middle

I have two elder brothers, and one younger one
I am one of the two in the middle
I am the third eldest
I am the third brother
