Writing corrections exchange English-Spanish

Hey everybody, I am looking for some one interested in learning spanish advance level, and who can help me with correcting my writtings.

I publish some post in english in socialmediasociolgy.com but I am not allways sure if they are ok. And I have some other essays that I would like to correct before publishing. I would need some one familiar with the topic, or at least who could enjoy it.

Also, I am taking the TOEFL test and it would be perfect to have some help with writting corrections!

I offer the same in exchange. And I am also eager to help here answering questions or correcting essays in spanish.

Thanks!

In this forum we only mark what is wrong and give hints as to what needs to be corrected.

Ok Rusty, the capital letters in English and Spanish, the doble T in "writting", and the plural in "some posts" and "someone" together. Is that right??

Then I will copy here some writtings.

Thank you!

Yes, all correct.
We drop the final 'e' when adding '-ing'. (write -> writing)
Did you understand the 'adjunct' comment?

jrivera December 25, 2011 08:18 PM

yes, you mean the "and" is not necessary.

Could I say "... in learning Spanish advance level and who ..." without the ","?

An adjunct is a noun that modifies a noun. This structure is commonly used in English. The Spanish equivalent uses the preposition 'de' before the noun that 'modifies' the other noun.

The phrase 'nivel avanzado de espaƱol' is translated into English as 'advanced level Spanish'.
Your sentence doesn't need the conjunction 'and'.
