Would Es lo de menos work here, or is that phrase closer to meaning merely "insignificant" without conveying the idea of there being more to come?

@Glen: "Es lo de menos" means something is not important, but it could work with a similar meaning, when it's used inside a comparison:

Juan es alcohólico, pero eso es lo de menos; su verdadero problema es que no sabe cómo enfrentar las cosas que le pasan.
Juan is an alcoholic, but that's not what's important; his real problem is that he doesn't know how to face the things that happen to him.

Juan es alcohólico, pero eso es sólo la punta del iceberg...
Juan es alcohólico, pero eso no es ni la mitad del problema...
Juan es alcohólico, pero eso es apenas lo que se ve...
