Houston (translation practice)

The singer Whitney Houston, who past away on Saturday in Los Angeles at the age of 48 was found by her hairstylist with her head submerged (under water) in the bathtub of her room, and it is speculated that (it may be that) she may have fallen asleep from the effects of a tranquilizer, claims the website TMZ.

Would you ever put the "claims the website TMZ" on the end like that, or would you move it to the beginning, "The website TMZ claims that..."?

Thanks in advance.
:)

Corrections above.

¿Pudieras decirme como se pueda interpretar?
Quizás, "Is there someone who doesn't care about...."

Mil gracias.
Super helpful!

Thank you!
