Hello all

I thought i would pop my head in and say hey, I have taken the plunge and due to start learning spanish tomorrow. I am using the rosetta stone to get me started.

Bit about me :) I am 28 years from essex in the uk and looking to become fluent within 12 months. All this to give me options for a new career and hopefully a move to spain soon :)

Yes, somebody from Essex could well become fluent in English in 12 months :D Only kidding! Welcome from me :) - what is your strategy for becoming fluent in Spanish in such a short space of time?

My aim is to nail engrish essex dialect :)

I have the rosetta stone software and a work mate who lived in valencia for over 10 years, plus another friend who lives in spain now. Other than that i will look for groups of learners who will do things like skype to help with convo skills.
