Me alegra que estés aquí./ Me alegra que hayas venido.

The other two sounds "foreign" either way both are correct.

All the other options are valid too...

If you want it really respectful and formal,

Es un verdadero placer tenerle aquí.

(As if you introduce someone who is going to give a lecture, or some such...)

Estamos muy contentos de tenerle aquí entre nosotros...

The expression could change in many ways depending on the degree of familiarity you have with the other person...
