When an impersonal phrase is followed by 2 parts

When an impersonal phrase has a different subject in the second clause the subjunctive is need.

Es bueno que estés feliz.

It's good that you're happy.

ok

But what if there are two parts?

Es preciso que estés feliz porque tienes mi amor.

You need to be happy because you have my love.

Only the 'being happy' needs to be in the subjunctive right? because that's the only dependent bit.

Or am I looking at it wrong?

Thanks in advance for your help.
