The English version is equivalent to "there is no one but you and (there) will never be (anyone)". English allows the words in parentheses to be left out, but one must still take them into account in order to translate the original version appropriately.
It's possible that it should be "sino" instead of "pero": perhaps a native speaker will comment or make better suggestions.
