Help with my thesis (analysis of learners' errors)
Dear all,
I’m a language teacher and researcher and for my thesis in a Master’s programme I would like to conduct an analysis of errors made by native English speakers (and maybe others) in Spanish. For this analysis I would need texts written by native English learners. Any text would help even though I’m particularly interested in past narrations. The aim of the thesis is to establish areas of difficulty and learning strategies. I’m writing to ask your help as I have no material for my analysis yet. I would appreciate it very much if you could send me any texts you have written in Spanish. If you have written texts for Spanish courses and they have been corrected, maybe you could send me the first draft without any corrections. In return, I promise to send back corrections if the author asks for them or help with any Spanish language question you might have. Of course, I will not mention any names (you don’t even have to give your name, the only information I need is age, level of Spanish and knowledge of other languages). The material will be used for my thesis and maybe for an article on language learning at a latter stage. I would appreciate any help on this. Thank you very much in advance, Astrid (E-mail: analisisdeerrores@gmail.com) |
