The smile, I look like my mother
 

Is that Ok?
Or we should say My smile is similar to my mother´s
I look like my mother as far as the smile is concerned
etc......

Or "My smile looks like my mother's (smile)"

You could say "I have my mother's smile."

That sounds good to me, like in Spanish,
"Tengo la sonrisa de mi madre".
