Help translating these lines?

Help translating these lines?

These are probably incorrect, but can someone tell me if these are translated properly?

In 2002, my family and I visited Disney World in Florida.
En 2002, mi familia y yo fuimos a Disney World en Florida.

My dad and I got rode a ride called Dinosaur.
My padre y yo nos montamos a un paseo llamado Dinosaur.

The ride was new and I was very scared to ride it.
El taxi era nuevo y estaba muy asustada para montarlo.

The ride was like a safari with dinosaurs.
El viaje fue como un safari con los dinosaurios.

Everyone buckled up before the ride started.
Todo el cinturón de seguridad antes de empezar el viaje.

I was not buckled in properly.
Yo no estaba en el cinturon correctamente.

I was very afraid of falling out.
Yo tenia mucho meido de caerse.

The car suddenly went down a hill.
El coche de repente se fue cuesta abajo.

I almost fell out.
Yo casi me cai.

Luckily, the belt buckled.
Por suerte, el cinturon abrochado.

There were dinosaurs everywhere.
Habia dinosaurios en todas partes.

We saw all types during the ride.
Vimos todo tipo durante el paseo.

At the end, a T-Rex jumped out.
Al final, un T-Rex salto.

Everyone screamed!
Todo el mundo gritaba.

It was scary, but I really enjoyed it.
Daba miedo, pero me gusto mucho.

My padre (if you intend to use the notion of "dad", then use "papá", not "padre", which is for "father") y yo nos montamos a ("en" would sound better) un paseo llamado Dinosaur.

The ride was new and I was very scared to ride it.
El taxi (A cab?? I think you mean a "juego": "Un juego de parque de diversiones") era nuevo y estaba muy asustada para montarlo (I'm not sure about other countries, but in Mexico it's much better to use "subirse a un juego" instead of "montarlo").

The ride was like a safari with dinosaurs.
El viaje (this may be understood, but if you already used paseo, keep the word) :) fue (imperfect would sound better to me here) como un safari con (los) dinosaurios ("con los dinosaurios" means all of them; "con dinosaurios" would give the idea of watching many dinosaurs).

Everyone buckled up before the ride started.
Todo el cinturón de seguridad (Your subject seems to be the whole safety belt; you need "todos" as your subject and a verb) antes de empezar el viaje (I said that you should keep "paseo", but here you can also use "recorrido").

I was not buckled in properly.
Yo no estaba en el cinturon (you're saying you weren't in/on the seatbelt; try rewording so the belt is put on you, and change right spelling for "cinturón) correctamente.

I was very afraid of falling out.
Yo tenia mucho meido de caerse ("caerse" is third person; you need first person).

The car suddenly went down a hill.
El coche ("coche" is rather an automobile; since you're talking of some kind of train, "carro" is much better) de repente se fue cuesta abajo.

I almost fell out.
(Yo) casi me cai (check spelling).

Luckily, the belt buckled.
Por suerte, el cinturon (check spelling, and you need a verb here) abrochado.

There were dinosaurs everywhere.
Habia (check spelling) dinosaurios en todas partes.

We saw all types during the ride.
Vimos todo tipo ("todo tipo" needs something to make what it means clearly. Since repeating "dinosaurios" wouldn't sound good, insert "de" after "vimos"), durante el paseo.

At the end, a T-Rex jumped out.
Al final, un T-Rex ("tiranosaurio rex"; full name and no capital letters) salto (check spelling and there's need of a complement, or it sounds like "a T-Rex jumped"; try describing what it did, like "nos saltó encima", "saltó sorpresivamente", "apareció de repente"...).

Everyone screamed!
Todo el mundo gritaba (imperfect is fine if screaming lasted long; if it was only when the dinosaur jumped out, then you need simple past).

It was scary, but I really enjoyed it.
Daba miedo, pero me gusto (check spelling) mucho.

Ask questions, I'll clarify whatever is needed.

Thanks for the help! :) I changed a couple of sentences so I could translate them easier, but can you check to see if these are correct now? The sentences I completely changed are in red!

In 2002, my family and I visited Disney World in Florida.
En 2002, mi familia y yo fuimos a Disney World en Florida.

My dad and I rode a ride called Dinosaur.
Mi padre y yo nos subimos en un juego llamado Dinosaur.

It was Disney World’s latest attraction.
Fue la última atracción de Disney World.

The ride was like a safari with dinosaurs.
El viaje fue como un safari con dinosaurios.

Safety was very important.
Seguridad era muy importante.

But my belt did not work.
Pero mi cinturón no funcionaba.

It was really dangerous.
Que era muy peligroso.

The car went down a hill.
El carro fue cuesta abajo.

I almost fell out.
Yo casi me caí.

Luckily, the belt did work.
Por suerte, el cinturón funciono.

There were dinosaurs everywhere.
Había dinosaurios en todas partes.

We saw all types during the ride.
Vimos de todo tipo durante el paseo.

At the end, a T-Rex jumped out.
Al final, un T-Rex apareció de repente.

We all screamed!
Todos gritábamos!

Daba miedo, pero me gustó mucho.

Gracias! :D

Fue la última (meaning may be ambiguous as the last attraction; try using "la más reciente" instead) atracción de Disney World.

The ride was like a safari with dinosaurs.
El viaje fue (check previous note on this) como un safari con dinosaurios.

Safety was very important.
*** (article missing here) seguridad era muy importante.

But my belt did not work.
Pero mi cinturón no funcionaba.

It was really dangerous.
Que ("lo que", and the previous sentence needs a comma, not a period, so both sentences are together; otherwise this one sounds fragmentary) era muy peligroso.

I almost fell out.
(Yo) casi me caí.

Luckily, the belt did work.
Por suerte, el cinturón *** (if you have an emphasis in the original sentence, you need to insert it in the Spanish translation) funciono (check spelling).

At the end, a T-Rex jumped out.
Al final, un T-Rex (check previous note on this) apareció de repente.

We all screamed!
*** (opening exclamation and question marks are compulsory in Spanish) Todos gritábamos (this is "we were all screaming", is that what you mean? Otherwise, check previous note on this)!

It was scary, but I really enjoyed it.
Daba miedo, pero *** (you had an emphasis in the original sentence; if this is a formal translation, you need it in Spanish too) me gustó mucho.

*** (never omit opening question or exclamation marks) Gracias!
