Es bueno ponerte metas a corto y largo plazo para que logres algo.
It's good to have short and long-term goals so you achieve something.

Meta- is also a prefix (from Greek) that means "besides".As in the word metástasis.

Que mono, rima y todo...For those of you who are not sure, the lo refers to this::pelota: I hope...
