Does the site update itself automatically or should one click "Refresh" to see the most recent activity?

Refreshing is required for every page that I've seen, except one.
The 'Who's Online" page refreshes itself automatically. However, the refresh rate is measured in minutes rather than seconds.

Well, you can't have everything; it's still the best site around. Thanks for keeping it going!
